COACHING AT EVERY DISTANCE plotted to scale

Every runner has a rhythm. Coaching is finding yours.

Great coaching isn't about forcing one training formula on everyone. It's about discovering the rhythm that helps you perform at your best.

Every training plan is built around your goals, experience, schedule, and life. Proven training principles, applied to the week you actually have, so you stay consistent, healthy, and confident on race day.

Who I coach

Training for your first finish line, or your fastest one.

I work with runners who want more than a generic training plan. Together we'll build a program that fits your goals, schedule, and lifestyle, so you can train consistently, stay healthy, and arrive at the starting line confident.

Every runner deserves the right coach. If you're preparing for an ultramarathon, mountain race, or competing at an elite level, I'm happy to connect you with coaches who specialize in those disciplines.
GOOD FIT IF YOU'RE

  • Balancing running with a demanding career, family, or busy schedule
  • Returning to running after time away and ready to rebuild with confidence
  • Looking for accountability, structure, and a coach who adapts your training as life changes

Who's coaching you

A coach who trains around a full-time job, same as you.

I'm an RRCA-certified coach and a project manager by day. I've run marathons in Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Big Sur, and Sacramento and taken more than twenty minutes off my marathon time along the way. Every mile of it has been built around a demanding work schedule, which is the same constraint most of the runners I coach are working with.

Tell me about your running.

About ten minutes. It gives me your goals, training, and history before we ever talk, so the intro call is spent on strategy instead of paperwork. Nothing here commits you to anything.
